Rated Pilot Hiring Board Information

The 100th Fighter Squadron of the Alabama Air National Guard is having a Rated Hiring Board during Drill Weekend, September 7-8, 2024

The 100FS is looking to hire 1-2 Current and Qualified F-35 Pilots. Flight Lead required, IP desired. Hiring out to 24 months from ADSC by board weekend. This is for a Drill Status Guardsman position at the 100FS-187FW at Dannelly Field, Montgomery, Alabama. Send in your application packet and we’d be happy to talk with you and/or host you and your family for a visit. We don't have a min radius rule and we have pilots that live outside of the Montgomery area in both Drill Status and full-time roles.

Please email Maj Seth "ALAMO" Freeman at robert.freeman.28@us.af.mil with packets or any questions. Packet should include resume (including current qualifications and hours), last three performance reports, and cover letter. Interviews will roll throughout the weekend of 7-8 September.

Applications due NLT August 9th, 2024. We’ll let interviewees know ASAP and will work out a plan if you can’t make the trip to Montgomery.
