Pilot Candidate Selection Method (PCSM) The PCSM provides a score based on a combination of your BAT score, Pilot Section of the AFOQT score, and your flying hours. The 160th FS incorporates the PCSM score while reviewing applications, and it will also play a role in the selection process.
